International Imaging Congress

The UKAS healthcare team responsible for the accreditation of imaging services will be attending the International Imaging Congress at Olympia on 31st October and 1st November. If you are attending the event, please visit Sally, Ann and Alyson on stand C45.

This important event allows healthcare professionals concerned with medical imaging to consider innovations in the sector and includes over 60 speakers across 2 stages, demonstrations, diversity panels, recruitment sessions and CPD accredited content.

Senior Assessment Manager, Ann Pinder and Healthcare Accreditation Specialist, Alyson Bryant will be presenting on 31st October at 14.00. They will provide an overview of UKAS accreditation for diagnostic services as the only organisation recognised by government to provide accreditation across all diagnostic healthcare services in he UK. This presentation will provide important information on the process and benefits of accreditation for imaging and pathology services; demonstrate how UKAS supports healthcare services in the UK; and will summarise future areas of accreditation.
