Risk Based Assessment – Customer update and feedback session

As you may be aware, UKAS launched our Risk-Based Approach to Assessments with customer in our Asbestos sector in February this year. During this period, our Assessment Managers have been completing these evaluations as part of their scheduled assessment process. Following several months of operation we would like to update customers on the trial process and what we have learnt thus far.

The session will cover the following:
•    How the process has integrated into the assessment cycle
•    Highlight the feedback we’ve received to date
•    When customers can expect to see a modification in their assessment schedule
•    How this will be communicated.

Customers will also have the opportunity to provide their feedback on their experience of the new process.
