Publication of statutory consultation on the draft Code of Practice under the Forensic Science Regulator Act 2021

The statutory consultation on the draft Code of Practice required under Section 3 of the Forensic Science Regulator Act 2021 has gone live on 8^th August, 2022 and will close on 31^st October 2022. This consultation follows a Commencement Order that was laid before Parliament, coming into effect on 25^th July, placing the role of the Forensic Science Regulator on a statutory basis.
