New Government funding programme

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has announced a new grant programme to support industry-led assurance schemes for consumer smart products known as the Internet of Things (IoT). The programme which will make available a funding pot of £400,000 aims to support the development of the market of assurance schemes, including certification schemes for IoT products.
