The pre-course exercise gave me an opportunity to review the Standard in detail. The Academy team were very knowledgeable and engaging and keen to help. The trainers were focused in delivering content whilst being engaging :-)

Naomi Rune - Learner

Pitched at the right level, good to do exercises and group work, glad there was a user manual. The main highlight was understanding the leadership and management section, and understanding what evidence would look like.

Yash - Learner

Very good presentation, very informative, clear explanation. The exercises created discussion within the group. Learning from each other. Presentation was very good and clear.

Faye Aranda - Learner

Trainers were very knowledgeable in what they were telling us. I would feel very comfortable getting in touch with them following this course for advice.
