This two-day course provides learners with an appreciation of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020 and related UK and international guidance, and its application to accreditation for various types of inspection activity. The course will also include an introduction to the UKAS assessment and accreditation process.
The course aims to help learners increase their awareness of the standard and its application in differing inspection body environments with reference to UKAS processes used for assessment and reporting purposes. Additionally, key differences between ISO/IEC 17020: 2012 and other accreditation conformity assessment standards used for accreditation will be highlighted where relevant.

Once you have successfully completed the ISO 17020 Awareness course, you will receive a certificate of attendance as well as a digital badge which can be shared on social media to showcase your new skills to your network.
Successful completion of the ISO 17020 Awareness course will require your full attendance and active participation. Activities to check learners’ understanding will often be scheduled after key topics, but there is no individual test or exam.

- The trainer-led ISO 17020 Awareness course can be booked at £1185.00 + VAT per delegate with a purchase order number, and will be invoiced as soon as the booking is processed. The invoice can be cleared by BACS or card payment over the phone. The invoice value must be paid by the course start date.
