This micro module takes you on a brief tour of auditor/assessor skills.
It is designed to inform you of the soft skills that can make or break an audit or an assessment activity.
This is not designed to replace Technical Assessor or Internal Audit training but rather as something that can be used to raise awareness of those new to audit and assessment practices.
It is not expected to take longer than 15 minutes to complete and will direct the learner to further resources.
Who is this course for?
All those interested in finding out more about what skills are required of auditors/assessors but are unable to attend our more detailed Audit and Awareness courses.
Auditor/Assessor Skills

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of the auditor
- Understand the skills required and be able to plan to develop them (if applicable)
This micro module is expected to take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Can I access the eLearning modules once I have completed them?
- eLearning modules are available to the user for 12 months from the date of enrolment, and can be accessed any time within this period.
How do I pay?
- eLearning modules can be purchased online with a credit or debit card. If you are spending over £250 in a single transaction please contact our training team for additional payment options.
- Trainer-led and blended courses can be booked with a purchase order number and will be invoiced as soon as the booking is processed. The invoice can be cleared by BACS or card payment over the phone. The invoice value must be paid by the course start date.
