Tutors obviously knew the subject well, lots of examples and time for questions/explanations. Timings seemed to work well.

Juliet Longshaw - Learner

All trainers / hosts really helpful and approachable. I found Janet especially very engaging and easy to stay focused on when presenting. The main highlight was gaining a much greater understanding of the standard as a whole and the knowledge to pin point what each clause of the standard requires in order to be met.
